Some Stories Don’t Begin with a Spotlight. They don’t start with grand offices, massive teams, or industry-shaking breakthroughs. Some begin in the quiet corners of uncertainty, where two people, Rajeev Kumar and Vivek Sharma, looked at the world not as it is, but as it could be. It was the early 2010s. The systems that powered everyday life—transport, governance, public services—were held together by outdated processes, running on improvisation rather than innovation. It was like watching a machine trying to function without oil—grinding, wasting time, effort, and opportunity.And for us, standing at the edge of a decision, it wasn’t just frustrating. It was an invitation. We could have continued down the path we were on, building safe, stable careers in the corporate world. But that wasn’t enough. We didn’t just want to witness change.
